Hey folks, happy April! Check out all the stuff that's happened in the past month:
Lead Times
We're looking for more assembly techs to join the team! If you're in the Pittsburgh area and interested, please don't hesitate to apply!
As always, the official lead time on each product's product page is the most accurate metric for when you'll see your hardware ship. There's a good chance we ship early, internally it's about a 2-3 week lead time, but we keep it where it is to ensure we're able to stick to our estimate.
We've just completed our move into an almost 4x larger space, which will allow us to make serious progress on bringing our lead time down to same-day shipping.
Solder Paste
We're incredibly excited to announce that we are an official distributor of GC10 and GC50 Solder Paste! The GC literally stands for "game changer," and for good reason. Lots of folks have had a hard time getting it, so we decided to make it more available.

GC10 is an incredible lead-free stenciling paste with a long shelf life, and no need for refrigeration. This is what we've used for our boards for years. GC50 is a variant of GC10 that is designed specifically for dispensing applications. It works wonderfully with our Paste Extruder.
Our first batch is in stock and available now!
Reel Holder
After some tweaks, the Reel Holder design is complete! We have placed orders for our PVT batch, and should be getting parts in very soon.

The tweaks in the design mainly centered around ergonomics, and grip of the reel holder onto the base. It's the same mechanism as how the feeder attaches to a LumenPnP, but spans a much wider distance and needed some adjustments.

The Reel Holders themselves can accommodate up to 13" diameter reels, up to 29mm wide (standard for 16mm and 24mm tape). Depending on the width of the reel you're mounting, there are 1u and 2u knobs, ensuring you can always fit the reels that are loaded into feeders on front or back of your machine.
The Office
Our move is complete!

Five minutes after the movers left
We're finally moved into our new space, and production is already back to 100%. All said and done, we were only offline for two business days, and there were no deviations from our normal shipping schedule.
This space is perfect for our needs, and we're finally going to be able to expand and hire to keep up with demand. It's still pretty wild to see how much space we took up when we first moved in; we packed a lot of production into our last office!
There's a tour of the space at the end of the video at the top of the blog post so you can see how things are set up.
Job Postings
Now that we're in our new space, we're looking for applicants to join our assembly team! If you're in the Pittsburgh area and want to help us build pick and place machines, please apply.
You can check out our careers page for all the details of the jobs we have available. If you or someone you know would be a good fit for any of these roles, please apply!
